Started right and brought along correctly, Chisholm was professionally started in 2022 after being acquired in December of 2020. Early on, he learned to heel on hot heels, then spent a full year seasoning on slow steers building rate, feel, and confidence. Since early 2024, he’s been focused on the heading side, where he’s really coming into his own.

 

He is barrier broke with 100+ steers behind the barrier, and has been hauled and competed on at multiple team ropings and four rodeos. Loud environments don’t faze him. Announcers, crowds, and even gunshots are a non-issue.

 

Chisholm has a cool move, a nice face, and handles cattle with ease. He’s kind, easy to catch, and a pleasure to be around, no drama, no nonsense. Maintained the right way, he’s had annual full vet checkups.
